Refund policy


 

ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 




Due to the nature of our items (hair extensions, wigs, lashes, cosmetics) for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges on open or used items. In the event receive an incorrect item please contact hello@ariellenashaye.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


Incorrect items pending a return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging, unopened. 

We reserve the right to decline items that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, or not in their original packaging. These items are deemed unsanitary and unsaleable, in which case there will be no refund or replacing of the item. 

Return shipping cost are nonrefundable.
