Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipping. Processing for orders made after 3pm on weekdays, weekends, or holidays will begin the next business day. 

Processing and shipping times do not account for holidays or weekends. 

Your order will ship from Virginia via the USPS.

Signature Confirmation on all wig orders. You will need to show valid US identification to receive package. 

Signature Confirmation on orders over $50. You will need to show valid US identification to receive package. 

 

Tracking

Once order is shipped tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the account used during checkout. Your shipping fee is displayed at point of checkout. 

 

Returned Shipping/Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ariellenashaye.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

If a package is returned to us we will contact you to organize new shipping, you will be responsible for reshipment fee. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

Please confirm your address is correct, updated, and includes any abbreviations or apartment numbers to be properly delivered. Billing and shipping addresses must match. We do not take responsibility for incomplete, or inaccurate address mistakes entered by the buyer. 

 

Lost/Damaged Packages

WithArielle LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, pandemics, natural occurrences, failure to provide proper identification to receive package, or any extra fees. 

WithArielle LLC does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages stating "Delivered" that have not been received by you the customer. Any issues that occur after the package is shipped are out of our control, you must contact the United States Postal Service (800) 275-8777
